What We Built
ProjectLIGTAS is a self-initiated civic technology platform providing hyperlocal flood risk visibility, barangay-level disaster intelligence, route-aware commute monitoring, and AI-assisted predictive scoring for Filipino communities.
The platform features the AGOS Flood Risk Dashboard which aggregates weather data, terrain analysis, and historical flood patterns to generate predictive alerts at the barangay level. Citizens can submit real-time emergency and flood reports with geolocation and photos, building a live picture of conditions on the ground.
The system includes real-time monitoring dashboards, train status tracking for commuters affected by weather events, and an AI Risk Assistant powered by OpenAI that provides conversational risk assessment and personalized disaster preparedness guidance.
