What We Built

Nailogy is a comprehensive web platform built for a luxury nail, skin, body, and spa salon chain operating across three branches in Metro Manila. The platform combines an elegant, brand-driven customer-facing website with a powerful back-office management system.

The customer-facing site features a fully responsive editorial design with custom typography (Edensor and Work Sans), a multi-service online booking system with technician selection and time slot management, and integrated payment processing through PayMongo (GCash, GrabPay, Cards, QR PH) and PayPal. Customers can create accounts to manage bookings, purchase and reload gift certificates, and access exclusive promotions.

The admin dashboard provides branch managers and receptionists with tools for appointment management, service and pricing configuration, inventory tracking, staff scheduling, customer management, and role-based access control with granular permissions. A super admin layer enables multi-branch oversight, payment settings configuration, and system-wide reporting.
