FIRST ICON BUILDERS is part of the BJK GROUP which includes, BJK Construction Supply and Trading, BJK Home Solutions, BJK Laundry, BJK Water Refilling and Smart / Sun Communication Franchise Store.
In 2012, ENGR. PETER NACION formed the First Icon Builders with the objective of establishing a sustainable and continually improving construction company which able to provide fast and quality constructions to our clients. Same year, he started the BJK Construction Supply & Trading to supply construction materials in Cavite & Laguna Province.
Within the First Icon Builders, there are 7 Engineers, 2 Architects, 7 Formen / Supervisor and 4 Office Staff. We have specialty sub-contractors and suppliers ranging from roof, wood floor, granite, marbles, windows and doors.
FIRST ICON BUILDERS is well equipped to undertake the most technical and complex construction projects and manage the work from design stage to project hand-over. The company is based on "hands-on" project management. Our strength is the ability to schedule concurrent short and long term construction activities and then effectively manage both for time completion. We have the ability in quickly understanding the vision of the project, developing the most time and cost efficient methodology and technology. We constantly meet and beat our customers budget and project schedule.
Our Architects and Engineers have the education and training to develop the design and manage your dream projects. Our workers have extensive construction experience. About the Owner
Peter C. Nacion
CIVIL ENG'R. (Owner)
Peter directs and manages the operations of the FIB team as a whole, actively providing collaborative support and corroboration to all project teams throughout every construction. Peter has been part with japanese construction company for over 20 years. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
PETER NACION has been part of the construction industry for over 20 years. He worked with the best Japanese Construction Company like Kajima Philippines, Inc. and Shimizu Philippine Contractor's Inc. as Project Manager.
Worked in the Japanese Construction Industry for over 20 years from Site Engineer to Project Manager provide him broad knowledge about construction. He had proven his ability to take on large complex projects and complete them on time, on budget and at the highest level of quality.
His last project with Shimizu Philippines which he completed in 9-Months is the Canon Philippines. The Projects consist of Office and factory Buildings, with total floor area of 95,000 sq-meter and lot area develop of 330,000 sq-meter.
