ENG’R. PETER NACION started the First Icon Builders with the objective of establishing a sustainable and continually improving the company which able to provide fast and quality projects to our clients.
FIRST ICON BUILDERS is well equipped to undertake the most technical and complex construction projects and manage the work from design to hand-over.
The company is based on “hands-on” project management. Our strength is the ability to schedule concurrent short and long term construction activities and then effectively manage both for time completion. We constantly meet our customers budget and schedule.

Peter directs and manages the operations of the FIB team as a whole, actively providing collaborative support and corroboration to all project teams throughout every construction. Peter has been part with japanese construction company for over 20 years. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

CIVIL ENG'R (GEN. MANAGER)
Elsa is responsible for the strategic planning and business administration and management of First Icon Builders. This includes key performance indicators, resource management and staff development and financial management. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

ARCH. (PLANNING MANAGER)
Arven develop designs keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact. He provide shopdrawings from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design. He’s been in the Construction Industry for 5 years. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
