Mierro Castrillo

Having multiple degrees (Engineering, Education and Business Administration), Mierro Castrillo has had many experiences in managing projects, coordinating with people and supervising huge endeavors. He was the project manager of the Gat Andres Bonifacio Shrine in the City of Manila, as well as the Heritage of Cebu in-the-round historical tableau (arguably, the biggest of its kind in the world), and the Heritage of Misamis Oriental. His artistic gifts allowed him to communicate and deliver the rudiments of the meticulous and history-specific designs drawn up by EDUARDO CASTRILLO. His scientific and logical mind, however, effectively put projects in smooth order. Mierro is based in Cagayan de Oro.

Nixxio L. Castrillo

NIXXIO L. CASTRILLO, whose background is in architecture and management, was the studio manager of his father, EDUARDO. For years, he has acted as the co-pilot to his father’s artistic work. His involvement and exposure to Eduardo Castrillo’s sculptural discipline has allowed him distill his own artistic language. His artistic style infuses colour, with architectural forms and tight compositions, nuances which the learned will understand as a departure from the specific and recognizable creations of his father Eduardo. Since finding his artistic voice, he has had 2 shows this year (Gallery Joaquin, RCBC Museum and Provenance at the Fort). Nixxio, as studio manager has handled the day-to-day aspects of the studio projects; including logistics, construction, mobilization and coordination.
